Data controller

Overit Netherlands is operated by Verde Holding Kft. For any request about your data, write to office@verdeholding.hu.

What we process

• Account: your email address, and your password only as an encrypted hash. An account is not needed to use the directory.
• Session: a signed cookie that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary and is set only when you log in.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, and only if you accept it in the cookie notice. It measures pages visited and device type, and is not linked to your account.

We process nothing beyond this. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and consent

Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded: the script is not in the page and no analytics cookie is written. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, it stays off.

Withdraw consent later and measurement stops immediately, and the _ga cookies already set are deleted. Your choice is kept in your own browser, not by us.

Legal basis

We process your account data to perform our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process analytics on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists, and after that no longer than the law requires. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure (the right to be forgotten),
• withdrawal of your consent, at any time, via office@verdeholding.hu,

Company data in the directory

The company data on this site comes from public sources: the LEI register of the Global LEI Foundation, published under CC0, and KVK open data. VAT numbers are checked live against the European Commission's VIES; we do not store that check.

This is data about legal entities, not about people. If you are a natural person registered in the Handelsregister as a sole trader and want to object to appearing here, write to office@verdeholding.hu.

Lodging a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
